Expired e-Transfers - Deposit Only Accounts


If you’ve received an Interac e-Transfer from us that has expired for a Deposit Only Personal Account issued at an H&R Block location, please contact H&R Block Canada at 1-800-HRBLOCK (1-800-472-5625) to have your funds re-sent.  Alternatively, please contact DCBank at 1-844-836-6040 and we would be pleased to assist you.

Transactions can be re-sent whereby the funds have not yet been accepted and deposited.  We will require identification verification in order to validate your payment, as well as confirmation of the email address the transaction was initiated to.
